Demonstration case study. A worked example on a demonstration account. It is not a job carried out for a customer, and it is here to show what a write-up on this site contains.

The job

Found, done, finished.

  1. 01

    What was happening

The owner had been told by a door-knocker that the roof was totalled after a spring storm, and wanted a second opinion before signing anything.

  2. 02

    What was done

Surveyed all four elevations with chalked test squares, photographed every square, and measured the mat. Found cosmetic spatter on the soft metals and no functional damage to the covering.

  3. 03

    Where it ended

Documented the roof as serviceable with an estimated eight years remaining, in writing. No claim was filed and no work was sold.

If you want the same

This one started as a question, not a job.

The report was the deliverable. Sometimes the finding is that nothing needs doing yet, and that is a perfectly good outcome to pay for.
